National Waterfall Building Competition

In 2004, this entry won 3rd Place at the First National Waterfall Building Competition in Chicago!

Techo-Bloc Hera Patio

We removed an old railroad tie retaining wall and replaced it with quarry stone from Techo-Bloc. We also added a Techo-Bloc Hera patio and an Aquascape Designs 8'x11' pond.

Pondless Waterfall

This is a pondless waterfall that we constructed to hide a concrete box in a catch basin in a homeowner's back yard. It consists of two waterfalls that flow down into a stone pit below the pebbles. The water then gets pumped back up to repeat the process.

Stream and Waterfalls

We built this 30' x 30' pond with a 60' stream and gave the homeowner five different waterfalls before the water reached the pond.

Aquascape Pond and Techo-Bloc Athena Patio

We overcame a three foot grade change in this back yard using boulders as a retaining wall to frame the 13' x 26' Aquascape pond. Next to the pond, we added a Techo-Bloc Athena patio with a step into the house.
